The Environmental Protection Agency is in the process of developing new clean boating rules for recreational vessels across the U.S. At this time, no permits look likely but there will be enforceable best management practices developed over the next year that will be administered, eventually, by the US Coast Guard.Take this opportunity to provide feedback! There are a variety of call-in listening sessions where you can ask questions and give feedback, as well as phone numbers, emails, and addresses to send in your comments on the new proposed rules.
